My experience with Green Light Property Management is extremely positive. I have lived at one of the properties for 5 years. The location is quiet, kid friendly and well maintained. The communication and interaction that I have with the Property Managers, and the office personnel is professional and pleasant. The Property Managers and staff are responsive and helpful. When needed, someone is always available to provide assistance. I really enjoy living at the property and the Green Light Property Managers and staff play a big role. I highly recommend Green Light Property!

I just wanted to stop by for a short review to show gratitude to our leasing agent Fritzie. Never have I encountered a more sincere or helpful person in real estate. I can genuinely say she has been the best part of our experience with GLPM. A great example of the customer service that goes above and beyond with her, is I recently had some maintenance work done on our ceiling that I will be honest, I felt fell short. After texting a few pictures, Fritzie had someone look into it right away to get it corrected. She followed up and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. I’m so grateful for her and wish more property management companies operated with employees like this. It would make the entire leasing experience much better!!

I been meaning to write a review on my experience w greenlight property,ive had some good and bad but right now I'll focus on the good which leads me to Maria one of the property workers,not sure if she's a manager or not but should be in my opion ! , shes been w greenlight only a few months i believe,fairly new,but anyways my experience with her has been very pleasant. She is very professional and expedient ,hands down one of the best in handling home requests or problems at the property, no bs w her just gets it done!! I've had 2 problems at the property within the last few months and she took over and handled them quite fast.so I just want put her out on the spotlight for a job well done and keep helping people Maria the way you helped me at baker dr , and you will be on top in no time.ive dealt with other property managers here at greenlight and have been disappointed, not to say any names but it's just exhausting when u get people that don't listen or understand ur issues or ur prospective on the problem at hand, it has to be they're way u know.and that's not the right way to do business. But w Maria (i don't remember her last name) she listens and gets it done. I really appreciate that Maria! Keep up the good work!! Robert Ramirez
