12 Month Leasing Guarantee We guarantee you will never have to pay a tenant placement fee more than once in a 12 month period. If a tenant we place for a 12 month lease does not fulfill their 12 month lease obligation, we will place another tenant at no cost to you. |

Pet Damage Guarantee Would you rather have a $300 pet deposit, or a $1,000 pet damage guarantee? While Green Light Property Management manages your property, we cover up to $1,000 in damage above the security deposit that was caused by a pet we approved for your rental. |

Happiness Guarantee If you are not happy with our work, we won't be happy either. Your satisfaction is our goal. If our services are not of high quality and you are unhappy with us, you can fire us with a 30 day notice. We won't lock you into a 12 month contract like other management companies do. |
