12 Month Leasing Guarantee  We guarantee you will never have to pay a tenant placement fee more than once in a 12 month period. If a tenant we place for a 12 month lease does not fulfill their 12 month lease obligation, we will place another tenant at no cost to you. |

| Pet Damage Guarantee Would you rather have a $300 pet deposit, or a $1,000 pet damage guarantee? While Green Light Property Management manages your property, we cover up to $1,000 in damage above the security deposit that was caused by a pet we approved for your rental. |
